Strategy
Based on the diagnostic, I propose a direction — a clear document outlining the next steps and where it's going to be uncomfortable. Change always is.
Execution
I roll up my sleeves. I work with your team, talk to people, solve problems. I'm not an advisor sitting in a meeting room. I involve your people until they own it fully — so I can step back.
Handoff
I hand off cleanly. I build internal capability, not dependency. I leave when the time is right — so teams don't slide back into old habits. And I leave behind the know-how you can lean on when things don't go as expected.

I'm Ondřej Mašek. 12+ years in product management — from startups through scale-ups to large enterprises. I enjoy working with product teams, product design, and I look for business value behind everything.
My primary goal has always been to build a functional, scalable team that runs a solid delivery engine. At the same time, setting up a mechanism to collect feedback from potential and existing customers. Only then can you confidently iterate on the product and the value proposition.
I'm not a firm. I'm one senior practitioner with a broad range, who can look at problems from the perspective of the customer, technology, and the business.

You're just one person — can you handle large projects?
Yes, I'm one person — and that's by design. For strategy and diagnostics, you don't need a team of five consultants. You need one senior practitioner who understands your context deeply. For larger execution, I bring in trusted people, but I lead the engagement.
What industries do you work in?
My deepest expertise is in fintech and insurance, but the industry matters less than you'd think. The principles are universal — the context is what differs.
How long does a typical engagement last?
There's no such thing as a typical engagement. It could be a half-day workshop, two months getting a product back on track, or two years supporting a transformation. It all depends on what we agree on together.
How much does it cost?
I work on a day rate. The specific price depends on the type of engagement, complexity, and scope. I'm happy to discuss ballpark numbers early in our conversation so we can see if there's a fit.
What if we only need someone for two months?
That's often how it starts. I come in for a specific problem, solve it, hand off. No vendor lock-in. If I spot a systemic issue along the way, I'll tell you about it — but it's your call whether we address it.
